Terms of Service

The service

Songado sets up, runs and optimizes YouTube advertising campaigns for music videos through Google Ads. The price is your chosen ad spend plus a service fee: 50€ on the smallest starter campaign (50€ ad spend), and a flat 100€ for ad spend from 100€ through 900€. Campaigns from 1,000€ are agreed individually. The advertising budget is reserved for Google Ads delivery; unused funds are returned under the refund rules below.

Prices & invoicing

Website prices are stated in euros. The campaign price is the selected advertising budget plus the service fee shown in the order summary. The amount to be paid is displayed before payment. NSDL Limited is not VAT registered. No VAT is added to the displayed price. Business customers can enter company and billing details during checkout.

Targeting, changes and pauses

Reference artists guide contextual targeting and may be complemented by relevant related artists, genres, topics and available placements. They do not guarantee access to a particular artist’s fans. Selected countries define eligible locations; delivery and spend are not guaranteed to be equal between countries. Replacement videos may require another review and a revised start date. Send pause requests with your Order ID to hello@songado.com. We confirm the effective pause time and reconcile actual delivery before agreeing any applicable refund. Reports cover your own campaign.

What we promise, and what we don't

We promise a properly built campaign, launch within 48 hours after payment, complete materials, Google approval and the permitted service start date, or on the agreed later date, daily management for the agreed duration, and a report with raw data you can verify in your own YouTube Studio.

We do not promise any specific number of views, subscribers, chart positions, playlist placements or other outcomes. Any figures shown on our site are estimates, not guarantees. Results depend on your video, genre, audience and markets.

Your responsibilities

Cancellation, service fees & refunds

Payment is collected in advance. Before your campaign goes live, you may cancel for a full refund, including work already done on preparation. If Google definitively rejects the ad and the issue cannot reasonably be fixed or appealed, we cancel the unlaunched campaign and return the full amount paid.

The service fee is split into 50% for completed preparation and launch, and 50% for ongoing management. After launch, the first half is earned for properly completed setup and launch. The management half is earned proportionately to the management days actually delivered out of the agreed campaign duration. We do not automatically count waiting for approval or paused periods without management as delivered days. Partial days are counted proportionately; we round the resulting amounts to euro cents.

If you cancel after launch, we return the unused advertising budget and the unearned part of the management fee. Advertising spend genuinely incurred for your authorised campaign is not refundable. For example, with a 100€ service fee and 14 agreed days, completed setup and two delivered days earn 50€ + (50€ × 2/14) = 57.14€; the service refund is 42.86€, plus any unused advertising budget.

If we make a mistake or fail to deliver the agreed service, we refund the affected service portion, up to the whole service fee for a substantial failure. You do not bear unauthorised advertising spend caused by our error. A replacement campaign or credit is an optional remedy you may choose, never your only remedy. Correctly delivered work is not automatically refundable solely because results fall below expectations; mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Request cancellation or a pause by emailing hello@songado.com with your Order ID. A pause takes effect when actually applied; we confirm that time. Google may later revise spend or issue invalid-traffic credits. We return the undisputed unused balance promptly, normally initiating the refund within 14 days of cancellation, and reconcile later attributable credits without counting them twice. Any mandatory refund deadline takes priority. We do not automatically charge you for a later reporting difference. Refunds return to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed; bank processing times may vary.

Consumer withdrawal and starting work early

If you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance service contract, including applicable EU consumer rights, you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without giving a reason. For these orders the contract is concluded when payment is confirmed. Email us an unequivocal statement identifying your order; you may use: “I withdraw from my Songado service contract, Order ID [number], paid on [date]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” No particular form is required.

For customers declaring residence in the EU, EEA or United Kingdom, we ask separately whether you expressly want work to start before that period ends. We collect your country of residence separately from advertising target countries. For other declared countries, preparation may begin after payment and receipt of the necessary materials; any mandatory local rights remain unaffected. This choice is optional and is not preselected. Without that request, preparation starts after the withdrawal period; this may move your requested launch date. If you request an early start and then withdraw, any lawful charge for service supplied must be proportionate to work actually delivered. Our more favourable full-refund promise before launch still applies. The 50/50 allocation is not a cancellation penalty and does not override statutory limits.

You lose the statutory withdrawal right for a fully performed service only where the law permits this and you gave the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Mere payment or acceptance of these Terms does not replace that separate consent. We reimburse amounts due under statutory withdrawal within the applicable deadline, generally within 14 days of your notice.

These rules apply to new orders accepting version 2026-09-10-v3. Existing orders retain their original terms and any individually agreed refund. We record the accepted version, acceptance time and early-start choice with the order.

Operator & governing law

The Songado service is operated and payments are collected by NSDL Limited, company registration number 2696104, 19H Maxgrand Plaza, No. 3 Tai Yau Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or competent courts available under the law of their habitual residence.
